Galleries are electronically sent via a third party file handler. A download link is then supplied by the file handler to recipient’s email within a hour of me completing the upload.

Aside from the odd email ending in someone’s spam/junk folders it appeared to be a great service to use. However it’s sadly come to my attention that some links never made it to the recipient’s mailbox at all. If you had your session pre-Oct’18 and do not have your gallery please contact me directly as soon as possible.

To help enable me to get these links to your mailbox please follow the below help guides found on the wetransfer website.

Key things to check

  • Port blocks will prevent the email reaching you. Ports 80 and 443 should be open by default but if you have set up a home network and were put on CGNAT by your internet provider last year this may cause unstable connections to the file handling service.

  • Anti-virus software and Firewalls please whitelist the following domains: *, *, * and * This may need to be directly in your browser settings and also if you run any additional software like Little Snitch, Barracuda or McAfee. Windows XP has a built in firewall so you’ll need to check there also.

  • The file handler uses an “noreply@” email address which in some email handlers is automatically blacklisted – adding their email ‘’ as a trusted contact will help to whitelist any email from that address. Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo must not only whitelist this email but add as a contact to their trusted senders.

  • Your email account is on a Chinese domain or you/loved one are trying to access from China. Wetransfer along with all third party file transfer services are blocked by the Chinese Gov.

I am doing my best to get galleries reloaded, new transfers are being sent via a monitored account which enables me to follow clicks/downloads.
